- Sterling silver necklaces are available, in lengths of 16", 18" or 20", or, you can just purchase a pendant, without a necklace.
- Pendants are what we would call 'medium-sized' - or roughly, any size from approx 12mm (0.47") wide and 17mm (0.67") tall, to approx 18mm (0.71") wide to 22mm (0.87") tall... and anything in between.
- Your surprise jewelry pendant will be gift packaged - an example of our packaging is shown in the images.
- Pendants may have either a copper or silver plated bail for attaching to a chain or necklace. The usual opening of this is approx 4 x 3mm
- Your pendant may be one of those pictured, or something completely different!

- Nope! But, that's the fun! Let us choose one of our unique pendants just for you! We've heavily discounted our prices, but, it will still be the same quality of item you would purchase elsewhere in our store. These are NOT second-quality pendants.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All Dragon Glass items are shipped in gift packaging at no extra charge, consisting of a twine-wrapped brown kraft paper box, with cotton stuffing for presentation and protection of your jewelry item during shipping. If you would prefer no invoice to be included with your package, please let me know during ordering.

Care instructions
Jewelry should not be worn in water, since this can weaken the adhesive bond.
Additionally, items made with sterling silver can and will tarnish over time. I use high quality sterling silver findings, but, oxidation (tarnish) is a natural process of the metal in reaction with air. A gentle polish of your item can help, and wearing your jewelry achieves this also.
Can I Return or Exchange Items?
If your item is unworn, you may return it for a different item. The cost of original shipping, return shipping and shipping back to you is not refundable and is extra.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, may not be returned or exchanged, unless damaged in shipping.
Custom items are not returnable.
What if my address is incorrect?
We urge you to ensure your shipping address is correct and updated. If items are shipped to incorrect addresses, and item has already been shipped, it is often difficult to intercept. In such cases, customers are advised to contact both us and their local post office with tracking information. Cost of shipping to incorrect addresses is not refundable, and additional shipping fees may be applicable.
