All Dragon Glass items are shipped in gift packaging at no extra charge, consisting of a twine-wrapped brown kraft paper box, with cotton stuffing for presentation and protection of your jewelry item during shipping. If you would prefer no invoice to be included with your package, please let me know during ordering.

Jewelry should not be worn in water, since this can weaken the adhesive bond.
Additionally, items made with sterling silver can and will tarnish over time. I use high quality sterling silver findings, but, oxidation (tarnish) is a natural process of the metal in reaction with air. A gentle polish of your item can help, and wearing your jewelry achieves this also.
If your item is unworn, you may return it for a different item. The cost of original shipping, return shipping and shipping back to you is not refundable and is extra.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, may not be returned or exchanged, unless damaged in shipping.
Custom items are not returnable.
We urge you to ensure your shipping address is correct and updated. If items are shipped to incorrect addresses, and item has already been shipped, it is often difficult to intercept. In such cases, customers are advised to contact both us and their local post office with tracking information. Cost of shipping to incorrect addresses is not refundable, and additional shipping fees may be applicable.
